Are there any of our older ex-Posties out there who were involved with the Airborne Forces parachuting into Normandy on D-Day to start setting up Post Offices in France or does anyone know of someone who was involved. If so Jane Mayes, a Researcher with the BBC would like to hear from you as she is working on 2 documentaries for BBC1 re D-Day & would like a personal view on the operation.
